If a technical issue prevents the successful generation or delivery of a YourBanner Pro licence, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where purchases of YourBanner Pro are processed through Paddle.com, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles the associated payment process, customer service enquiries, and returns in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Purchases of YourBanner Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes customers' personal data as necessary to handle orders, payments, billing, fraud prevention and related customer support, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Paddle may share relevant customer information with us where necessary to generate and deliver the software licence, provide product support, or fulfil other order-related obligations. We use such information only for these purposes and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

Once a YourBanner Pro licence has been successfully generated and delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, subject to any refund rights required by applicable law.

If a technical problem prevents the successful generation or delivery of a YourBanner Pro licence, please contact us at contact form so that we can investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided.

Refund requests for purchases processed through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable policies and procedures.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

YourBanner Free

YourBanner Free is free to use and does not require a licence. It may be downloaded and used without payment.

YourBanner Pro

⚠️ Windows only: YourBanner is designed to run on 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11. It is not compatible with 32-bit versions of Windows, older Windows versions, macOS, Linux, Android, or other operating systems.

YourBanner Pro requires a paid licence. The purchase provides a lifetime licence for use on one computer, subject to these terms.

The YourBanner-Pro lifetime license costs €20, excluding applicable taxes. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location.

The licence is linked to the computer for which it was issued and cannot be transferred to another computer. A separate licence is required for each computer.

YourBanner Pro is licensed per computer, not per Windows user account. Multiple users can use YourBanner Pro on the same licensed computer without purchasing additional licences.

Licence restrictions

The licence grants the purchaser the right to use YourBanner Pro on the licensed computer. The software and its licence may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with other users.

The purchaser may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Offline operation and updates

YourBanner Pro is designed to operate offline after its licence has been activated. An Internet connection may be required for licence-related procedures or to download the software.

Updates made available for YourBanner Pro are free for existing licence holders. Customers must visit the YourBanner website and check for available updates themselves. Downloading an update requires an Internet connection and does not require purchasing another licence.
